For eight years, I worked as a marketing consultant at the CMO level with complex sales cycles: luxury real estate, mortgage lending, cosmetic surgery, B2B. I built automated lead nurturing systems and high-converting funnels that turned into predictable revenue.

In 2024, I reconnected with a childhood friend who's a senior PM in construction. Watching him spend 10+ hours a week copying data from PDFs, I saw the same fragmentation problem I'd been solving in marketing. I built AI automations that saved his team 1,000+ hours per project. When they were bought out by an affordable housing developer, they brought me with them. Now I'm expanding the system to handle operations and compliance for federally-funded housing to build affordable housing in Portland.
